About the job

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their Managed Intelligence team. This role is crucial for connecting model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable and scalable inference platform for AI-native companies. You will own end-to-end program delivery, including multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the TPM function within a rapidly growing, vertically integrated AI infrastructure company.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication for the Managed Inference platform.
  • Manage complex, high-risk programs such as model version rollouts, inference optimization, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning.
  • Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to ensure programs stay on track.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to model serving, reliability, capacity, and vendor timelines.
  • Develop and implement lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks and maintain real-time execution dashboards for executive updates.
  • Lead Phase 0 planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including validation of firmware, drivers, CUDA/ROCm stacks, and commissioning criteria.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and provide effective pushback across engineering, product, and operations leadership, including highly technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end.
  • Working familiarity with LLM inference and model serving, including batching strategies, quantization approaches, and production-scale tradeoffs.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant systems, including isolation, quota management, and SLA enforcement.
  • Sufficient familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows to govern timelines and identify technical risks.
  • Proven ability to build and implement execution models in environments with low existing structure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.
  • Active, daily use of AI tools to enhance program execution, risk detection, and communication.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership without direct authority.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages
  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance
