Your primary focus will be to develop applications, automations, or agents that enhance the speed, clarity, and dependability of their work, with success measured by user adoption and time saved. This is a new and impactful function where you will help shape its operational model, leveraging modern capabilities like write-back BI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms to deliver solutions rapidly.

- Own the end-to-end development process, from scoping and building to deployment, measurement, and iteration.
- Contribute reusable components like skills, integrations, or UI patterns to a shared platform.

- 8+ years of experience building and owning production software.
- Staff-level scope and judgment to lead ambiguous, greenfield projects.
- Full-stack engineering skills, including front-end, back-end services, APIs, and data layers.

- Product mindset and ability to collaborate with non-engineers, translating processes into tools.
