Crusoe is seeking a Senior Staff Customer Operations Program Manager to join their AI infrastructure company. This role is a senior individual contributor position focused on transforming complex, high-priority initiatives into successful programs within the Customer Experience organization. You will be responsible for managing critical timelines, driving execution in partnership with leadership, and establishing operational frameworks from the ground up. This is an AI-native role, requiring a proactive approach to building AI-driven workflows and a deep understanding of modern AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CX operating rhythm and change management, including OKR programs and meeting cadences.
- Support leadership with decision-ready work, including data assembly for QBRs and offsites, and tracking action items.
- Drive operational programs to resolution, overseeing customer onboarding, offboarding, incident debriefs, and new deployments.
- Own the delivery of AI tooling built within CX, managing timelines and accountability for releases.
- Coordinate launch readiness across CX for new product releases, including enablement and customer communications.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technical program management, strategy and operations, chief-of-staff, or related roles at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience with GPU, cloud-infrastructure, inference, model lifecycle, or other technical, API-first products and their customers.
- Experience with customer-success operations or scaled, programmatic customer success.
- Ability to design durable, scalable operational frameworks from the ground up.
- AI-native delivery approach, with experience prototyping with LLMs and modern AI tools.
- Fluency across tools like Salesforce, Sigma, Claude Code, and Workato.
- Comfort operating autonomously amid shifting priorities.
