Crusoe is seeking a Senior Enterprise Technology Administrator, GTM Systems to manage and support the company's Salesforce platform and broader go-to-market technology stack. This hands-on role involves daily administration, configuration, and integration of systems like Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, and Ironclad, in close collaboration with other administrative and engineering teams. The position offers direct exposure to system architecture, technical development opportunities, and the chance to mentor junior staff as the team grows. This is an execution-focused role with a clear path for career advancement within a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, integration, and support across the GTM stack.
- Manage the Salesforce Support intake channel and bi-weekly sprint cadence, including the Outstanding Issues backlog and quarterly roadmap planning.
- Build, configure, and test Salesforce-native automation such as flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Partner with Marketo and Zendesk admins on integration health, including field mappings, data flow validation, and change management.
- Support the design and implementation of cross-system processes involving various platforms like Ironclad, GCP/BigQuery, Salesforce, and financial systems.
- Collaborate with Security, IT, and Systems Engineering on new tool onboarding, including Okta SSO configuration and access governance.
- Run requirement-gathering, regression testing, and post-deploy enablement sessions with stakeholders across different departments.
- Support AI/MCP initiatives by testing connectors and validating agent behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise systems experience, with significant Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, Ironclad, Apollo, Common Room, Qualified, Gong, Momentum, or Zendesk, or a strong willingness to learn them.
- Hands-on integration experience, including debugging Workato recipes and tracing data flow through GCP/BigQuery.
- Proficiency in SOQL and ability to trace record-level data flow across systems.
- Familiarity with identity, access governance, and compliance tooling like Okta, Lumos, or Vanta.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical changes effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Structured intake mindset for triaging requests, communicating SLAs, and managing expectations.
