About the job
Crusoe is seeking a Head of EMEA Partnerships to drive regional go-to-market acceleration for its AI infrastructure. This high-impact, individual contributor role involves translating global partnership strategies into tangible business outcomes across Europe and the Middle East. The position requires activating a vibrant ecosystem of startups, channel partners, and System Integrators to establish Crusoe Cloud as the leading AI infrastructure choice. The role involves collaborating with US-based leadership on global playbooks while taking full ownership of their tactical execution in key regional hubs. The ideal candidate is a metric-driven strategist adept at identifying and capitalizing on high-signal opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and execute global 'sell-with' and 'sell-through' playbooks for the EMEA market to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings.
- Build and lead an acquisition engine to help AI-native companies access Crusoe's infrastructure.
- Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and SIs to launch industry-specific solutions on Crusoe Cloud.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align partner portfolios with target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as a regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, providing local feedback to refine global frameworks.
- Identify and certify regional partners to expand market reach and streamline sales and delivery processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth and revenue impact to align regional activities with global scaling goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years in partnership, ecosystem, or GTM execution roles, preferably in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML.
- Proven track record of navigating business cultures and partner ecosystems across Europe and the Middle East to deliver revenue.
- Demonstrated success in building startup or channel programs that resulted in measurable pipeline growth and bookings.
- Deep fluency in 'sell-with' and 'sell-through' motions with the ability to create repeatable, scalable plays.
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams across different time zones.
- Bachelor's degree required.

- Strong instincts for identifying high-signal opportunities in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
