Crusoe is seeking a reliable, professional, and highly experienced Driver & Warehouse Specialist to support both driving/delivery and warehouse operations across their local facilities in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, hybrid role involves operating a box truck shuttle between local sites, transporting products, equipment, and materials. When not driving, the specialist will participate in general material handling, receiving, inventory control, and pallet inspections, requiring a dependable, safety-conscious team player who can transition seamlessly between local shuttle driving and hands-on warehouse execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck or similar vehicle between local sites for product, equipment, and material transport.
- Secure loads, verify cargo against manifests, and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Load and unload deliveries using a pallet jack or manual handling, protecting items from damage.
- Maintain assigned truck cleanliness and perform daily safety checks.
- Participate in general warehouse activities, floor operations, and material handling duties when not driving.
- Receive, inspect, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, inspect pallets, and report discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (No CDL required).
- Experienced operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles.
- Strong background in both driving and warehouse environments.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated ability to independently load, strap, and secure cargo.
- Willingness to load/unload manually or via equipment and transition between driving and warehouse duties.
- Dependable, safety-conscious team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
