Composio is developing infrastructure to enable agents to interact with work tools like Github, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. We are a focused engineering team tackling challenges in context and search to create a powerful connection between agents and your existing tools. Having secured $25M in Series A funding from Lightspeed and notable angel investors, we experienced a 3x increase in ARR this year, serving a diverse customer base from YC startups to established companies like Wabi, Glean, and Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Build large-scale evaluations using real tool-calling data to identify model weaknesses in long-horizon tool execution.
- Address search challenges related to finding semantically similar tools and cached tool execution paths and plans.
- Train large agentic harness systems using millions of real tool calls as baseline data to enhance session accuracy.
- Implement Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) on agentic traces and Reinforcement Learning (RL) models on top of agentic harnesses and app sandboxes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute research goals.
- Capacity to rapidly prototype and test experiments.
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy research ideas into production quickly.
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
- Ability to build trust and acknowledge knowledge gaps.
