Composio is building infrastructure to enable AI agents to communicate with work tools like Github, Gmail, and Salesforce. We are a growing company that has 3x'd our ARR this year and is backed by prominent investors. This role is at the forefront of AI, working directly with customers to solve complex problems by turning open research questions into production-ready tools. You will be responsible for shipping code and defining the future of agent-tool interaction.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise accounts end-to-end, including discovery, specification, implementation, QA, and release.
- Ship production code in the company's toolkit monorepo and customer SDKs, developing custom and composite tools, schema changes, and per-customer patches.
- Transform large enterprise APIs into agent-usable tool surfaces and develop evaluations to verify model tool selection.
- Perform QA on toolkits and build repeatable QA harnesses.
- Conduct weekly customer syncs, managing summaries, ETAs, and escalations.
- Enable self-service for per-customer tool patching.
- Utilize Composio internally for personal workflows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in applied integration engineering, shipping production code.
- Proficiency with enterprise APIs and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, consent models, scope design, and multi-workspace tokens, including understanding edge cases.
- Ability to make architectural decisions under pressure and articulate them to principal engineers.
- Proven track record of customer technical ownership, from initial contact to successful implementation.
- Experience translating vague requirements into clear specifications and providing constructive pushback.
- Experience building with and for language models, treating the agent-tool interface as an open research problem.
- Strong sense of good developer experience.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex ideas clearly under deadline.
- Ability to build trust and acknowledge knowledge gaps.
