Cohere is seeking a creative, high-performing go-to-market talent partner to join our expanding Talent Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be in the early stages of building our Talent Acquisition function and to take on new challenges. Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM roles.
- Ensure a world-class recruiting experience for candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide insights on the talent market and industry trends.
- Manage and update recruiting funnels in Ashby (ATS).
- Proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the talent pipeline.
- Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
- Take ownership of additional talent projects.
- Represent the Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences and plan networking events.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at startups.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
- Natural influencer with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting.
- Passion for diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes.
- Curiosity and interest in the AI industry, specifically NLP, LLMs, and AI research.
