  • Support the deployment and integration of LLMs and custom solutions into production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructures.
  • Lead technical engagements, including AI architecture deep dives, workshop facilitation, and establishing best practices for agent-based AI systems and model customization.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product development team on agentic AI capabilities and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, with expertise in agentic AI, model customization, and deploying tailored AI models in enterprise contexts.

  • Experience designing and deploying 'agentified' AI workflows involving multiple interconnected models or agents.

  • In-depth understanding of generative LLMs, including their strengths, weaknesses, and operational considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI architectures to technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with security standards for deploying agent-based AI solutions (data privacy, model safety, access controls) is a plus.
  • Background in building and managing scalable AI/ML ecosystems with multi-cloud deployment strategies is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup-like context is a plus.

Benefits
