We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to building and shipping features for North, our AI workspace platform, which offers a secure and customizable environment for enterprises to deploy AI while maintaining data control. This role involves developing autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data and writing efficient code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Write and ship minimal, efficient code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
Requirements
- Shipped significant full-stack code (Python and React) in production.
- Excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong coding abilities across the full stack.
- Built and deployed highly performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
- Think like a product owner, considering 'should we build this?' before 'how do we build this?'.
- Strong opinions on user experience and willingness to push back on designs.
- Owned features end-to-end, from problem understanding to shipping and impact measurement.
- Bonus: Love for art, an eye for design, and a creative mindset; portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects is a plus.
