We are seeking engineers passionate about Agentic AI to join our team and shape how enterprises harness AI in real-world applications. This role acts as a bridge between our core North product and client engineering teams, focusing on solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors. You will be at the forefront of deploying and supporting our AI solutions for esteemed clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security, and data management.
- Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues.
- Experiment at a high velocity and with a high level of quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters.
- Expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
- Ability to execute in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluent in French.
