Cohere is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in South Korea. This role is crucial for shaping how enterprises leverage AI through our cutting-edge North platform. You will act as a bridge between our core product and client engineering teams, tackling complex problems and integrating AI securely into critical sectors. We are looking for engineers passionate about customer success and working at the forefront of Agentic AI, with an anticipated 20-40% travel requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security, and data management.
- Experiment rapidly and with high quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
- Design and implement deployment strategies compliant with data privacy and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters.
- Expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English.
