We are seeking engineers passionate about Agentic AI to join our team and shape how enterprises harness AI in real-world applications. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will act as a bridge between our core North product and client engineering teams, solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors. This role involves working at the forefront of AI deployment, ensuring client success and driving the adoption of advanced AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security, and data management.
- Experiment with high velocity and quality to engage customers and deliver solutions.
- Design and implement deployment strategies compliant with data privacy and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven experience administering production Kubernetes clusters and expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English.
