Data quality is fundamental to our process, and as a Data Annotator, you will play a vital role in improving Large Language Model performance through labeling, ranking, auditing, and correcting text output.
Responsibilities
- Label and rank machine learning data with advanced proficiency in Chinese.
- Audit and correct inaccuracies in language data, including text, image, JSON, TSV/CSV, and Markdown.
- Complete reading and text-based assignments with high attention to detail.
- Evaluate and complete preference-based tasks, assessing Chinese response conformity to project guidelines.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for improving data quality and model performance in Chinese language tasks.
- Provide feedback to cross-functional team members, especially on Chinese language-related matters.
- Perform repetitive and precise tasks with meticulous attention to detail, particularly with language data.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese.
- Excellent command over English.
- Expert reading and writing skills in Chinese.
- Basic familiarity with JSON/TSV/CSV/Markdown data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- High tolerance for repetitive and monotonous work.
- Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
- Superb sense of urgency and time management.
- Curiosity about technology and a knack for tackling problems creatively.
- A reliable laptop (BYOD).
