We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, known for creating Devin, the first AI software engineer. Our team comprises top talent from leading AI companies and competitive programming backgrounds. We are tackling significant global challenges and developing AI capable of real-world task reasoning. Applied AI Transformation Managers are technical strategic advisors and operators focused on aligning our AI platform with customer strategic projects and driving program delivery. They identify opportunities for customers to gain value from our platform, ensure strong value capture, and report on impact. This role involves designing and building operating and delivery models for agentic AI within enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and pioneering the playbook for enterprise AI Agent value realization.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for customer programs in partnership with the account team.
- Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and customer trust through effective delivery.
- Oversee onboarding and rollout of AI solutions to large engineering teams.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives, focusing on value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within customer accounts and provide tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous Software Engineering intern or full-time work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with expertise in value targeting, realization, and technology strategy.
- Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learn exceptionally fast.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise teams and account growth.
