We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, known for creating Devin, the first AI software engineer. Our team comprises top talent from leading AI companies and competitive programming backgrounds. We are tackling significant challenges to build AI capable of reasoning on real-world tasks. Applied AI Transformation Managers are technical advisors and operators who align our AI platform with customer strategic projects and drive program delivery. You will identify opportunities for customers to gain value from our platform, ensure strong value capture and reporting, and design the operating and delivery models for agentic AI implementation within enterprises. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, setting value realization targets, and managing transformation programs, embedding with key accounts to drive strategy and program management. You will be instrumental in helping customers achieve productivity gains and quantifiable financial impact, pioneering the playbook for enterprise AI Agent adoption.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for customer programs in partnership with the account team.
- Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for both customer and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and customer trust through effective delivery.
- Oversee the onboarding and rollout of AI solutions to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives, focusing on value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within customer accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous Software Engineer intern or full-time work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with expertise in value targeting, realization, and technology strategy.
- Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learn exceptionally fast.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise teams, including sourcing and account growth.
- Experience in a software engineering, SE, technical account management, or similar technical role.
- Previous experience founding a startup or being an early-stage member of a high-growth startup.
- Highly ambitious and competitive, with a preference for high-intensity work environments.
