Applied AI Transformation Managers at Cognition act as technically-oriented strategic advisors and operators. They ensure value alignment with customer strategic projects and drive program delivery across key accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities for customers to leverage Cognition's platform, ensuring strong value capture and reporting, and designing the operating and delivery models for agentic AI implementation within enterprises. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, defining value realization targets and managing transformation programs, working closely with select strategic accounts from initial strategy to in-depth program management and delivery. The goal is to pioneer the playbook for how large enterprises derive value from AI Agents, focusing on productivity gains and quantifiable financial impact.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for customer programs in partnership with the Cognition account team.
- Ensure visibility for all stakeholders on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and trust through effective delivery.
- Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers for successful deployment.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives and teams, focusing on value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Software engineering intern or full-time work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm with expertise in value targeting, realization, and technology strategy, plus a proven track record in building and expanding client relationships.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and learn exceptionally fast.
- Demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally fast.
