The Applied AI Transformation Manager will serve as a technically oriented strategic advisor and operator, ensuring value alignment with customer projects and driving program delivery across strategic accounts. This role involves identifying opportunities for customers to leverage our platform, ensuring strong value capture and reporting, and designing the operating and delivery models for agentic AI implementation within enterprises. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, setting value realization targets and managing transformation programs, embedding with key accounts to drive strategy and program management. The goal is to support customers in achieving quantifiable productivity gains and financial impact, pioneering the playbook for enterprise value from AI Agents.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for customer programs in partnership with the account team.
- Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and customer trust through effective delivery.
- Oversee the onboarding and rollout of AI solutions to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives, focusing on value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within client accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous Software Engineering intern or full-time work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with expertise in value targeting, realization, and technology strategy.
- Proven track record in building and expanding client relationships.
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated capacity for exceptionally fast learning.
