Cloudflare is seeking a strategic and technical Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of its Threat Intelligence portfolio. The role involves ensuring Cloudflare's security products and customers can identify, understand, and respond to emerging threats earlier and with greater confidence. This position owns the end-to-end roadmap for platforms, data, and workflows that transform network signals and security research into actionable intelligence, balancing speed, coverage, accuracy, context, and low false-positive rates. The Product Manager will translate the evolving threat landscape into scalable capabilities, serving as a bridge between threat researchers, intelligence analysts, engineering teams, and market-facing functions, while working closely with customers to understand their challenges and drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own priorities and scope for an engineering team focused on detecting advanced threat actors.
- Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely and impactful product launches.
- Collaborate with other product managers across the company to prioritize systemic improvements for enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with customers to understand product usage and inform the roadmap.
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales calls to assist with and understand the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze data to quantify the impact of problems and opportunities within the threat intelligence space.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering cloud-based solutions at scale for a technical audience.
- Demonstrated experience using AI assistants, coding tools, and agentic workflows to accelerate product work.
- Comfortable in an AI-native environment where tools like OpenCode are standard infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience managing complex escalations and leading high-profile engagements, including delivering product updates to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them for customers through various channels.
- Comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions with engineering teams.
