As a Senior Product Manager at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for building products that improve the way that the Internet works. You will shape high-level product goals and also get your hands dirty, potentially pitching concepts to senior leadership, collaborating with marketing, conducting user research, prototyping new features, iterating on specs, analyzing usage data, and pairing with engineers on implementation. This role focuses on building the management plane that helps enterprises and partners scale their use of Cloudflare across multiple accounts, requiring a blend of technical background, user experience, and business savvy.
Responsibilities
- Own priorities and scope for an engineering team focused on building the Organizations management plane.
- Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely and impactful product launches.
- Collaborate with other product managers to prioritize systemic improvements for enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with customers to understand product usage and inform the roadmap.
- Analyze data to quantify the impact of problems and opportunities within your product area.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent delivering cloud solutions at scale for a technical audience.
- Comfortable understanding how to design for enterprises without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses.
- Ability to work with product designers to translate requirements into an elegant user experience.
- Experience with enterprise products and understanding of enterprise needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
