Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Cloudflare One Browser Extension. This role involves taking an emerging product from early adoption to a scaled enterprise capability, while also influencing adjacent product areas like Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) and the WARP Client. Success in this high-judgment role requires exceptional problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to quickly understand and lead in new technical areas, contributing to Cloudflare's long-term position in SASE and SSE. The ideal candidate will navigate conflicting customer signals, make trade-offs with incomplete information, and build trust across engineering and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the Cloudflare One Browser Extension, aiming for enterprise adoption.
- Improve customer deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of Cloudflare One by working with WARP Client and DEX teams.
- Connect browser, device, and network capabilities into a coherent Cloudflare One experience and set clear product priorities.
- Understand enterprise customer problems by working directly with security, networking, and IT teams, translating needs into product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and other product teams to deliver products from concept to launch.
- Analyze product usage, reliability, support signals, market trends, and competitive capabilities to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience managing technically complex B2B products through the full product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to find the right problem, set a clear direction, and ship valuable products.
- Demonstrated experience using AI assistants, coding tools, and agentic workflows to accelerate product work.
- Comfortable working in an AI-native environment.
- Proven track record of quickly understanding unfamiliar problem spaces and turning ambiguous technical challenges into clear plans.
- Ability to prioritize work for the greatest impact.
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
