Cloudflare is seeking builders who can identify and solve complex problems within the internet infrastructure. This role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor and architect for enterprise clients, bridging the gap between technical strategy and business value. You will guide customers through pre-sales technical validation, onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion. As a quota-carrying technologist, you will leverage AI-augmented workflows to focus on high-value architectural design and drive measurable business outcomes throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dive discovery, capture business requirements, and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
- Define, scope, and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Technical Validations.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations, architectural diagrams, and demonstrations.
- Address technical objections, security compliance questions, and edge-case architectural requirements.
- Oversee technical onboarding and implementation, acting as the primary engineering contact for the customer.
- Design migration and onboarding blueprints and guide customer engineering teams through configuration best practices.
- Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to ensure rapid time-to-value and reduce deployment risk.
- Carry a variable quota tied to commercial accountability and expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in technical validation, customer adoption, and value realization.
- Experience with DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, and Workers.
- Experience with AI-augmented workflows.
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or technical role.
