Cloudflare is seeking an Oracle Procurement Lead to drive the strategy, solution architecture, and execution of their global procurement technology ecosystem. This role leverages Oracle Fusion Cloud as the procurement and financial system of record, with Zip as the orchestration layer. The ideal candidate is a Procurement technologist and architect with a deep understanding of the entire ERP Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. You will translate complex business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing into seamless, automated workflows, ensuring data integrity across both Zip and Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
- Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake and downstream purchasing/payables.
- Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement, building complex intake workflows and configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals.
- Own the functional health of the Oracle procurement systems integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data.
- Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
- Ensure the 'System of Record' (Oracle) remains audit-ready by managing the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes.
- Manage quarterly update cycles for Oracle, conducting impact assessments on new features.
- Lead the adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents within the S2P process.
- Oversee the full lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data, trade management workflows, and complex approval hierarchies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
- Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal.
- Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
