Responsibilities
- Build and operate production full-stack features for AI-driven healthcare communication.
- Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real-time voice infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers to translate customer needs into software.
- Debug and improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of live systems.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and the evolution of engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments and learning quickly.
- A strong sense of ownership, caring about quality, reliability, and real-world impact.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
