The company has developed AI agents that manage patient interactions end-to-end, serving numerous clients and raising significant funding. Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment, performance, and reliability of AI agents in live healthcare environments.
- Architect and scale full-stack systems integrating with EHRs, legacy healthcare platforms, and voice infrastructure.
- Drive technical strategy for customer-facing solutions, translating client needs into scalable architecture.
- Mentor engineers and establish standards for code quality, testing, security, and HIPAA compliance.
- Shape the product roadmap by identifying systemic challenges and proposing technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling production systems in high-reliability environments.
- Strong full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid system design instincts.
- High ownership and agency, thriving in ambiguity.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead cross-functional efforts, and communicate technical trade-offs.
