Responsibilities
- Write production code to build integrations, configure AI agents, and implement platform logic.
- Manage technical projects end-to-end, from scoping to go-live, coordinating resources and driving timelines.
- Architect systems and playbooks to transform complex customer implementations into scalable infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading discovery sessions and resolving integration issues.
- Monitor and optimize AI agent performance in production, diagnosing failures and refining behavior.
- Drive account growth by deploying new features and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Translate field observations and customer feedback into actionable product roadmap requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems while working directly with customers.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream technical projects.
- Experience as a primary technical point of contact, comfortable leading architecture discussions.
- Ability to synthesize customer needs into actionable engineering priorities.
- Experience with AI agent tuning, workflow orchestration, and debugging AI in production environments.
