About the job
Cartesia is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale our Systems Integrator (SI) program. This role focuses on enabling a broad ecosystem of implementation partners to deliver high-quality Cartesia deployments for our enterprise partners and customers. You will be Cartesia's technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery, responsible for partner readiness, certification standards, implementation quality, and the commercial model that lets the program scale responsibly. You will build the SI operating model, own partner readiness through technical enablement, serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners, establish the delivery quality and performance system, and lead program expansion across new products, ecosystems, and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Define partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, and quality standards.
- Lead technical enablement for partners across configuration, integrations, testing, and production rollout.
- Resolve standard implementation questions and bring in specialists for exceptions.
- Establish a delivery quality and performance system including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, and customer feedback loops.
- Influence Product and Product Marketing using structured field feedback for program expansion.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience scaling an implementation, services, or partner-delivery motion within a SaaS or technology-driven environment or at a systems integrator.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Technical fluency to lead credible conversations about integrations, configuration, data migration, and implementation design.
- Strong commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, payout structures, and guardrails.
- Operational program design skills (e.g., certification design, scope control, delivery QA, escalation governance, QBRs, playbooks).
- A builder mentality, comfortable creating 0-to-1 operating mechanisms.
- Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience building or scaling a white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services model is a plus.
- Experience expanding an SI or channel program across North America and international markets is a plus.
