Binance is seeking early-career talent for its 3-6 month Accelerator Program (BAP). This program offers firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space within the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Interns will develop skills, understand the workings of a global financial technology company, and gain opportunities for networking and professional development. The program is open to current university students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Set up dashboards and alerts, and script repetitive ticket steps.
- Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), log user pain points weekly, and propose product fixes.
- Build a lightweight agent, such as a Telegram bot, with at least one reusable skill like log fetching or health checks.
- Optimize a small workflow within incident management tooling.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related major.
- Proficiency in Linux and scripting languages (Shell/Python).
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Ability to write actionable runbooks.
- Understanding of how to improve user experience based on support data.
- Basic understanding of agents and skills.
