We are tackling the chaos of blueprint reading, cost estimation, and permit applications in construction with cutting-edge computer vision and AI. Our mission is to make building homes, hospitals, and schools faster and cheaper. This role offers the opportunity to apply the latest AI systems to solve real-world construction problems and ship prototypes rapidly based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Apply computer vision, LLMs, and AI systems to solve construction problems
- Ship prototypes quickly and iterate based on user feedback
- Own an intern project from research to production
Requirements
- Experience building AI in production
- Growth mindset
- Direct communication with empathy and honesty
- Willingness to do messy, unglamorous work
- Applied CV/ML experience
- Experience building something people used or paid for
- Interest in construction, architecture, or real estate
- Motivation to make housing and building more affordable
