Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end on claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces, from design through production.
- Write production-ready code with tests and observability, designing clean interfaces and data models.
- Partner with product, design, and billing operations to solve biller workflow problems.
- Build reliability and observability into features, including dashboards, logging, and alerting.
- Review code and designs for correctness, performance, and user experience.
- Set technical standards and direction for the team, including component patterns, API conventions, and testing practices.
- Help onboard and level up teammates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications and shipping features end-to-end in production.
- Solid frontend skills for building clean, maintainable UIs and diagnosing rendering issues.
- Proficiency in API and data-layer fundamentals, including building backend endpoints for large datasets.
- Sound technical judgment for feature-level work, evaluating tradeoffs and escalating risks.
- Good debugging and observability instincts, comfortable with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Clear communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed and asking questions early.
- Ownership mindset and bias for action, taking responsibility and following through with urgency.
