The company partners with large healthcare enterprises to automate processes like scheduling, billing, and insurance, aiming to improve efficiency and patient experience. Arini is backed by Y Combinator and experiencing rapid growth. The team is composed of individuals who are all involved in shipping code, emphasizing speed, ownership, and leveraging AI to automate tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and build modules for operations such as scheduling, patient communication, insurance, accounts payable, and reporting.
- Develop integrations with enterprise healthcare systems, including practice management, billing, payments, and vendors lacking APIs.
- Build and operate AI agents in production, ensuring proper evaluation, guardrails, and observability.
- Design data models and pipelines for querying, monitoring, and acting on operations across thousands of locations.
- Take ownership of system reliability, including being on call and performing root cause analysis for issues.
Requirements
- Strong generalist with experience across backend services, data, and user interfaces.
- Proven experience shipping and operating systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS and Cloudflare.
- Demonstrated ability to build with AI daily.
