The company partners with large healthcare enterprises to ship end-to-end systems that automate processes like scheduling, billing, and reporting, ultimately reducing costs and improving patient care. Arini is backed by Y Combinator and experiencing rapid growth. The team is composed of individuals who are all involved in shipping code, move quickly, and take ownership, with a philosophy that AI should handle tasks that don't require human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with operations, finance, and revenue cycle teams to understand current workflows.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows directly with customers.
- Write production code to integrate with enterprise systems such as practice management, billing, and payments.
- Own the outcomes of shipped systems, ensuring they remove significant costs or hours.
- Translate field learnings into platform modules for broader application across customers.
Requirements
- Systems thinker capable of understanding and explaining complex operations.
- Proficient in writing code and analyzing data.
- Ability to own and drive business outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting and managing conversations with enterprise executives.
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments approximately once a month.
