Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team and drive the execution of their agentic platform for Physical AI. This role involves sharp cross-functional planning, proactive risk management, and thoughtful urgency to achieve decisions and outcomes. The TPM will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer, and Product teams to deliver real-world deployments across various domains, autonomy levels, and geographies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building the agentic tooling platform that powers Physical AI and will own roadmap execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Simulation teams to define and shape the long-term vision and strategy for Autonomy Tooling platforms.
- Drive program execution to integrate simulation into the ML development loop for model training, evaluation, and validation.
- Lead cross-functional programs to platform and scale critical simulation workflows for internal and external customers.
- Own programs spanning multiple organizations, tracking progress and ensuring successful delivery of milestones and metrics.
- Engage customers to identify pain points, translate workflows into product gaps, and inform future engagements.
- Navigate ambiguity and manage dependencies across organizational boundaries, serving as a technical partner to Engineering and Product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of experience steering technical programs in a software engineering or large-scale infrastructure environment.
- Experience leading projects involving autonomous system development, simulation techniques, and data pipelines.
- Proven ability to take complex technical programs from start to finish, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas.
