Applied Intuition is seeking a Product Manager to own Dana's core platform, which serves as the AI platform for enterprises in physical industries. This role involves end-to-end product ownership, from defining feature sets and user experience to managing product and technical tradeoffs. You will be responsible for the platform's core capabilities, ensuring product quality and user experience, and partnering with engineering on architectural decisions, particularly concerning multi-tenancy, scale, and reliability. The role also requires close collaboration with forward-deployed engineers and design partners to understand customer needs and participating in enterprise onboarding and security reviews.
Responsibilities
- Define and ship the platform's core capabilities from initial concept to customer delivery.
- Own product quality and user experience across the entire platform.
- Partner with platform engineering on major architectural choices and manage product-side tradeoffs for multi-tenancy, scale, and reliability.
- Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and design partners to understand customer needs.
- Participate in enterprise onboarding and security review conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of product management experience on a cloud or SaaS product shipped to external customers.
- Experience owning a platform capability end-to-end (e.g., integrations, identity, permissions, hosting).
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture tradeoffs with senior engineers and prototype with AI tools.
- Understanding of scale and reliability tradeoffs for multi-tenant products.
- Enterprise exposure, including security reviews and IT/admin requirements.
- Strong product taste and focus on user experience.
