Applied Intuition is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join their Legal team in Sunnyvale, California. This role serves as the primary point of contact for legal requests across the company, ensuring smooth operations and follow-through. The analyst will manage a diverse range of tasks including intake triage, signature coordination, system administration, knowledge management, global entity maintenance, and compliance support. A key aspect of this role involves identifying and piloting AI-native approaches to legal operations, leveraging and building enterprise AI to enhance day-to-day efficiency and drive adoption within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the legal intake system, triage requests, and ensure proper routing and follow-up.
  • Identify and implement AI-native solutions for legal operations.
  • Administer CLM operations, including automated workflows for NDAs, vendor agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Support the use of AI and MCP capabilities for self-service contract data queries and trend analysis.
  • Maintain and organize the legal team's document repository, including standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new legal team hires and maintain key templates and training materials.
  • Track and report on legal operations metrics such as request volume, turnaround times, and outside counsel spend.
  • Support entity management and corporate filings, coordinating with external vendors and counsel.
  • Assist with ESG and regulatory compliance execution, including data gathering and reporting.
  • Manage outside counsel and vendor relationships, including budget tracking and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and track document signatures across the organization, ensuring timely execution.
  • Manage the DocuSign environment, including envelope creation, template management, and integrations.
  • Arrange document notarization as needed.
  • Promote legal processes to cross-functional teams, creating self-service resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Studies, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, contracts management, or a similar operational role within a technology company or law firm.
  • Hands-on system experience, preferably as a workflow designer or administrator.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Ironclad, Jira, and Google Suite is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated generalist operational skills across systems, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong process-building abilities and experience creating structure and documentation.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • High level of professional integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a desire for scalable work solutions.
