About the job
Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems to be safe and beneficial for users and society. The Claude Platform team is looking for a Technical Enablement Lead to own the end-to-end enablement process for Anthropic's go-to-market teams. This role involves creating demos, hands-on labs, and technical curriculum to ensure field teams can confidently showcase the Claude Developer Platform. You will collaborate with product teams before features launch to prepare the field and translate new platform capabilities into accessible content. The ideal candidate is an engineer who excels at teaching and has experience shipping products, understanding the impact of effective demos and training.
Responsibilities
- Translate new platform capabilities (API, tool use, MCP, Agent SDK, memory, skills) into field-ready content like demos, labs, and quick-reference guides.
- Build compelling demo scenarios across various industries and developer personas.
- Deliver Claude Platform training for technical onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
- Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
- Develop self-service resources and experimental tools for field learning.
- Contribute to tooling that scales enablement, including demo environments and content-freshness automation.
- Stress-test new platform features before launch and provide feedback to product and product marketing teams.
- Track content usage and session feedback to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, technical enablement).
- Experience writing production-quality code and building technical demos.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and agents, including tool use, MCP, or agent frameworks.
- Experience using AI coding tools in daily engineering work.
- Experience delivering live technical training or talks to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering directly with sales, solutions engineering, or other go-to-market teams.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $270,000 - $310,000 USD
- Visa sponsorship available
