As a Partners Solutions Architect on Anthropic's Applied AI team, you will be a pre-sales architect focused on building technical relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners like AWS and GCP. Your role is to strengthen these partnerships to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partners' AI practices, and execute our long-term go-to-market strategy. You will act as a technical thought partner, bringing expertise to understand the partner landscape, drive strategic programs, and deepen partner technical capabilities. This involves embedding with partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, and evangelize Anthropic within their developer communities, serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team, understanding the partner landscape and driving strategic programs.
- Deepen partner technical capabilities by embedding with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices and evangelize Anthropic.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with partners to identify high-value GenAI applications and develop joint solutions and reference architectures.
- Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, leading or supporting developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings from partner use cases to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
- Proven track record of partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Enthusiasm for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- A passion for using technology in ways that are safe and beneficial, advancing the goal of safe AI systems.
Benefits
- Annual compensation range: £150,000 - £190,000 GBP
- Visa sponsorship available for some roles.
