About the job
Anthropic is building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems to be safe and beneficial for users and society. As the GTM Enablement Trainer for Claude Products, you will be responsible for educating Anthropic's global field organization on how to effectively use and position our AI products. This role involves two key aspects: first, empowering our internal teams to become expert users of Claude in their daily work, and second, equipping them to confidently engage with customers on technical aspects of our products, anticipate challenges, and hold their own in discussions with technical buyers.
The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate future product developments and begin enablement planning before official launches. You will collaborate closely with Product and Applied AI teams to understand upcoming features and identify which areas require significant enablement investment. This position requires a blend of technical credibility to gain the respect of engineers and commercial fluency to connect with sales teams, with a primary focus on enabling others to leverage our AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own product enablement for the global field organization, covering new launches, existing features, and the product roadmap.
- Develop programs to make Anthropic sellers expert users of Claude for their daily tasks.
- Create enablement materials for positioning products with technical and business buyers, including demo readiness, objection handling, and competitive framing.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI for early visibility into product releases and to shape their field introduction.
- Proactively identify new product features requiring substantial enablement investment and advocate for resources before launch.
- Build and maintain a product certification path to credential sellers on core products.
- Produce high-quality enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning materials.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to relay field and customer insights on product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in roles like solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management.
- Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) in real-world workflows.
- Working technical knowledge of LLM products (prompting, context, tool use, APIs) sufficient for live demos and fielding technical questions from engineering buyers.
- Experience translating complex, fast-moving technical products into enablement content (demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, training curricula).
- Experience writing and presenting technical material to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
