Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager supporting our Beneficial Deployments team's initiatives in Life Sciences. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leading organizations, helping them leverage Claude's capabilities across various platforms to accelerate their scientific work. This hybrid role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, such as research institutes and biotech firms, building genuine partnerships, and driving adoption and value realization. You will also design and execute scaled, one-to-many engagement programs like webinars and hackathons to extend Claude's impact across the broader life sciences ecosystem. The insights you gather will directly inform Anthropic's research priorities and product development, making you a key voice in shaping beneficial AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with research leaders and IT teams to understand goals and identify AI deployment opportunities.
  • Become an expert in Anthropic's products to guide partners to the right solutions.
  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively drive adoption, identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to scientific and academic organizations.
  • Establish repeatable playbooks, templates, and health metrics for customer success.
  • Design and run engagement programs for the life sciences community to drive activation and extend impact.
  • Guide partners through technical and governance foundations for launch, including data handling considerations.
  • Document and quantify value realized to build cases for continued AI investment and develop success stories.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences research with exposure to new technologies.
  • Experience working directly with life sciences organizations and familiarity with scientific research processes.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations, risk, and compliance needs.
  • Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based business models.
  • Experience designing and delivering one-to-many customer programs alongside managing dedicated accounts.
  • Operate data-driven and AI-first, using adoption signals and program effectiveness to guide decisions.
