Anthropic is seeking a Technical AI Implementation Specialist to join its Commercial Legal team. In this role, you will leverage Claude and other AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and scalability of legal operations. You will be instrumental in driving AI adoption across team workflows, optimizing internal tooling, and leading cross-functional initiatives to boost productivity. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of legal operations through technology, working with Claude and other critical business systems.
Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions to streamline contract review and redlining.
- Manage integrations between legal systems and AI tools.
- Develop automated self-service solutions for contracting processes, including chatbots and guided workflows.
- Create AI-based tools for commercial contract diligence requests.
- Optimize contract management platforms with AI capabilities.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain metrics dashboards to track efficiency improvements.
- Establish governance processes for AI use in legal operations.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on solution development.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting program success.
Requirements
- Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology platforms (e.g., contract management, workflow management, document management systems).
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI/ML applications and hands-on experience with LLM tools (especially Claude).
- Excellent problem-solving skills to translate legal business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with technical and legal stakeholders.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude with system integration knowledge.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Proven project management skills, including task prioritization, deadline management, and quality delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
