About the job
As a Partner Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team, you will be a Pre-Sales architect focused on cultivating technical relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners (AWS and GCP). Your role is to strengthen these relationships to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partner AI practices, and execute long-term go-to-market strategies. You will act as a technical thought partner, providing expertise to understand the partner landscape, drive strategic programs, and identify opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities. You will also embed with partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic's offerings, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team, understanding the partner landscape and driving strategic programs.
- Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, troubleshoot issues, and evangelize Anthropic.
- Collaborate with partners to identify GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures.
- Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, lead developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
- Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products from partner use cases and deployment patterns to inform product roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
- Proven track record of partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Excitement for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- Passion for thinking creatively about safe and beneficial AI system development.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
