The Developer Platform team builds critical infrastructure to enable engineering teams to deliver mission-critical defense systems. This role will optimize release pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and develop productivity-enhancing tools. You will architect data infrastructure for engineering metrics and directly impact the productivity of the entire software engineering ecosystem, supporting Anduril's mission to solve critical defense challenges through advanced technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts for release systems, developer tooling, and the Software Factory to optimize pipelines and workflows.
- Architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions to boost developer productivity while ensuring quality and security.
- Design and implement robust data infrastructure to instrument diverse business lines.
- Partner with Heads of Mission Engineering to define and track critical KPIs for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with platform engineering expertise and a deep understanding of development workflows.
- Experience with developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in Golang for service integrations and improving the dx tool.
- Strong Python experience for complex dataset analysis and visualization within Palantir's Foundry product.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies across multiple domains.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
