The Developer Platform team builds critical infrastructure for engineering teams, optimizing release pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developing productivity tools. This role will architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions and design robust data infrastructure to support diverse business lines and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts for release systems, developer tooling, and the Software Factory to optimize pipelines and workflows.
- Architect scalable AI-powered automation solutions to boost developer productivity while ensuring quality and security.
- Design and implement robust data infrastructure for instrumenting business lines.
- Partner with Heads of Mission Engineering to define and track critical KPIs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with platform engineering expertise and a deep understanding of development workflows.
- Experience with developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in Golang for service integrations and improving developer tools.
- Strong Python experience for data analysis and visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create solutions.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
