About the job
Anduril's Continuous Integration platform is crucial for enabling all engineering teams to build, test, and deploy products globally. In this role, you will ensure the platform is reliable and fast, helping to build and deliver fully automated CI pipelines that allow teams to ship code without causing issues for others. Your primary focus will be on functional and operational improvements that directly speed up the build, test, and deployment experience for critical business lines, with work that will also compound across other products. You will contribute to a shared roadmap, own specific epics from start to finish, and implement metrics to track improvements in the CI experience. This role involves working across a complex delivery ecosystem, multi-stage release pipelines, and Cloud and Robot environments where accuracy has significant consequences. If you enjoy building essential infrastructure for other engineers and working on systems that deliver real defense technology, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to provision and configure environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
- Create monitoring and logging infrastructure for security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (design patterns, testing, version control, debugging).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).
Benefits
- Highly competitive equity grants.
- Top-tier benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees).
- Comprehensive, competitive benefits package ensuring support in health, recovery, and future needs.
