Responsibilities
- Provide software engineering and development support for core team tools.
- Develop and implement new ML infrastructure to optimize system parameters.
- Implement solutions to detect performance regressions in CI.
- Contribute to cutting-edge algorithms and high-performance software for multi-target tracking, data fusion, battle management, autonomous robotic control, and mission planning.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Python, Rust, C++, or C.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, functional programming, and REST API design.
- Experience building low-latency or real-time software.
- Experience with software testing, including Robot Framework and integration test development.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex).
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Machine learning background in hyperparameter optimization, anomaly detection, or explainable ML (e.g., Bayesian ML).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
