About the job
Anduril's Continuous Integration platform is crucial for enabling all engineering teams to build, test, and deploy products globally. In this role, you will ensure this platform is reliable and fast, helping to build and deliver fully automated, faster, and more reliable CI pipelines. Your primary focus will be on functional and operational improvements that directly speed up the build, test, and deployment experience for critical business lines, with work that will compound across other products. You will deliver against a shared roadmap, own epics end-to-end, and instrument metrics to track improvements in the CI experience. This role involves working across a complex delivery ecosystem, multi-stage release pipelines, and Cloud and Robot environments where correctness has measurable consequences. If you enjoy building essential infrastructure for other engineers on systems that ship real defense technology, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls.
- Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to provision and configure environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
- Create monitoring and logging infrastructure for security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (design patterns, testing, version control, debugging).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible).
- Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
- Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).
Benefits
- Highly competitive equity grants.
- Top-tier benefits package (health, recovery, etc.) available at little to no cost to employees.
