Responsibilities
- Design and implement algorithms for RADAR systems.
- Develop Modeling and Simulation (M&S) code for RADAR techniques and data analysis, including Hardware-in-the Loop / Software-in-the-loop (HIL/SIL) testing.
- Guide DSP engineers in RADAR-DSP trade studies and optimize signal processing and machine learning algorithms for FPGAs and GPUs.
- Participate in laboratory and field testing of RADAR-EW systems.
- Contribute to the maturation of RADAR-EW systems into deployable products.
Requirements
- Experience with Electronic Warfare systems.
- Experience with DSP algorithm and technique development for RADAR, Electronic Support Measures (ESM), and Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) systems.
- Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software-defined radios.
- Skilled in Modeling and Simulation of RF systems including Radar and SAR.
- Strong knowledge of Python and MATLAB.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and manage larger teams.
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and individually.
- Ability to travel.
- Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance.
