Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. We are seeking software engineers and roboticists to join the Air Dominance & Strike team, which develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems like Fury and Barracuda. This team is responsible for taking products from concept to market and developing Lattice for Mission Autonomy, a software platform enabling collaborative robot missions. You will work closely with specialist teams and subject matter experts to solve complex challenges in autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain core libraries and services for collaborative robot teams, including motion deconfliction and contingency management for air vehicles.
- Lead major feature development and rollout of large, complex features for products, such as terminal-phase autonomy and live surrogate testing.
- Collaborate with hardware teams and operational subject matter experts to align on requirements and iterate on product designs.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- BS in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
- Experience working with and testing electrical and mechanical systems.
- 3+ years of experience with C++ or Rust in a Linux development environment.
