Scale is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist for its Enterprise AI business unit, focusing on the healthcare and life sciences sectors. This leadership role involves partnering with senior leadership to execute the vision of becoming the preferred AI solutions partner for major health systems, pharmaceutical, and life sciences organizations. The position centers on driving business impact through Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications for large enterprises, owning the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous planning, analytical rigor, customer focus, and strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead AI projects and build credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to design and deploy high-priority AI solutions for large enterprises.
- Own and grow strategic healthcare or life sciences accounts, expanding relationships and establishing new ones.
- Manage outcomes and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and customer relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, deployed engineers, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Serve as a thought partner to Enterprise AI leadership, influencing product roadmap, business development, and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategic/analytical roles in a growing company.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Comfort operating in regulated, data-sensitive technical environments with awareness of data privacy and compliance.
- Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with clinical and/or scientific stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication skills, synthesizing complex details into accessible insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI projects with technical and business teams, driving high-quality outcomes amidst ambiguity.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong orientation towards outcomes and a willingness to be hands-on.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
